Key Responsibilities

• Analyze HR metrics and employee data to identify trends and insights
• Support HR teams with data analysis for employee experience initiatives
• Provide data-driven recommendations for retention and culture programs
• Assist in workforce planning through data interpretation and reporting
• Collaborate with People and Culture team on HR analytics projects
• Maintain HR data accuracy and prepare reports for stakeholders

Requirements

• Experience with HR data analysis and reporting tools
• Proficiency in data interpretation and statistical analysis
• Strong communication skills for presenting insights to HR stakeholders
• Knowledge of HR metrics related to employee experience and retention
• Ability to work independently in a remote, global team environment
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and employee databases
