Key Responsibilities
- Monitor network performance and availability across Megaport’s global NaaS platform
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues between customer environments and cloud/data center destinations
- Maintain and optimize network configurations for reliability and low latency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in APAC, EMEA, and the Americas to resolve incidents
- Document network events, resolutions, and system changes for operational continuity
- Support proactive capacity planning and performance reporting for enterprise services
Requirements
- Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting in enterprise or service provider environments
- Understanding of cloud networking concepts and connectivity to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Familiarity with network protocols such as BGP, MPLS, Ethernet, and VLAN
- Ability to work in a shift-based or follow-the-sun support model across time zones
- Strong analytical skills for diagnosing latency, packet loss, and routing issues
- Experience using ticketing, monitoring, and automation tools in a NOC or NetOps role
