Requirements

Participate in external salary survey submissions and support market pricing analysis to ensure our compensation packages remain competitive and aligned with industry standards within the region. Develop and maintain visually engaging reports and dashboards that translate complex compensation data into clear, user-friendly formats for HR and business leadership. Identify and implement opportunities to automate manual data processes, streamline reporting workflows, and enhance the overall efficiency of the compensation function. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Finance, HR, or Data Analytics. Relevant experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, or HR Analytics. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Desired Characteristics Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills (modeling, complex formulas) are essential. Experience with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and HRIS platforms is highly preferred. Familiarity with SQL, R, Python preferred. Analytical Mindset: Strong passion for data extraction, transformation, and interpretation, with the ability to spot inconsistencies and tell a story through data. Consultative Approach: Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an understandable way to non-technical HR partners and business stakeholders.
