As a Growth & Data IC at GitBook, you will analyze product usage and campaign data to drive user adoption and growth initiatives. You will work closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to identify trends, measure experiment impact, and surface actionable insights. Your work will directly influence how GitBook improves its platform and scales its user base globally.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze product usage data to understand user behavior and adoption patterns
- Measure and report on the performance of growth campaigns and experiments
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to define key metrics and success criteria
- Build dashboards and reports to visualize growth trends and opportunities
- Identify user segmentation and funnel optimization opportunities through data exploration
Requirements
- Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or similar
- Proficiency in building metrics, dashboards, and data visualizations
- Strong understanding of product growth funnels and user behavior analytics
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to cross-functional teams
- Experience working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
