Build a global people strategy for a network-as-a-service tech leader
As Global Head of People & Culture at Megaport, you will develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals across Asia-Pacific, Europe, and the Americas. You will lead talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development for a publicly listed tech company with over 600 employees. Your work will support Megaport’s mission to transform how businesses connect to the cloud and each other through Network as a Service.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement global HR strategy aligned with Megaport’s business objectives
- Lead talent acquisition and workforce planning across APAC, EMEA, and Americas regions
- Drive employee engagement, culture initiatives, and organizational development programs
- Oversee HR operations and ensure compliance across multiple international jurisdictions
- Partner with leadership to support workforce scaling and performance management
Requirements
- Proven experience in global HR leadership within technology or fast-scaling companies
- Deep knowledge of international employment laws and cross-border HR operations
- Strategic partner to C-suite with experience in organizational design and change management
- Background in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR analytics
- Experience working in publicly listed or multinational organizations
