Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines for AI-driven automation workflows
- Build and optimize data retrieval systems for high-volume, sensitive client data
- Ensure data privacy and security compliance in all data handling processes
- Collaborate with AI systems engineers to integrate data layer with model inference
- Monitor and improve data system performance, reliability, and scalability
- Contribute to architectural decisions for long-term platform scalability
Requirements
- Strong background in data engineering or backend systems
- Experience building scalable data pipelines and ETL processes
- Proficiency with databases and data storage technologies (SQL/NoSQL)
- Knowledge of data privacy principles and secure data handling practices
- Familiarity with AI/ML data requirements and retrieval-augmented systems
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment
