Requirements

  • 8+ years of solution/value selling experience
  • Experience selling to Financial Services including banking, capital markets, insurance, or fintech
  • Ability to engage with C-suite, Digital Transformation, AI/Automation COE's, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Technology teams
  • Experience developing trusted relationships with local partners and global systems integrators
  • Skill in value-selling and presenting UiPath solutions through automation and AI platform

YOUR MISSION The Enterprise Sales Executive will cover Financial Services customer accounts across the north east including banking, capital markets, insurance, fintech, and related financial institutions. They work every day across the C-Suite, Digital Transformation, AI/Automation COE's, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Technology teams to deliver value through UiPath’s automation and AI platform. We provide tools that help financial institutions streamline operations, improve accuracy, reduce risk, enhance compliance, and free employees to focus on higher-value work. WHAT YOU'LL DO AT UIPATH - Assess territory potential and develop a sales strategy to maximize UiPath revenue across Financial Services accounts - Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within quarterly schedules - Evangelize the UiPath brand by presenting, promoting, and selling UiPath solutions through a value-selling approach - Educate customers on how UiPath can improve efficiency, reduce operational costs, strengthen controls, and support digital transformation - Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships across the territory - Develop trusted relationships with local partners and global systems integrators to cultivate new opportunities and drive successful customer implementations - Partner with Customer Success Managers to ensure customers receive maximum value and customer issues are addressed quickly - Monitor industry competitors, new products, regulatory trends, and market conditions to understand customer needs - Collaborate internally with sales executives and cross-functional teams to share knowledge and best practices - Explore ways to incorporate automation into daily work and financial services workflows WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM - 8+ years of solution/value selling experience - 3+ years of enterprise account experience selling to Financial Services customers preferred - Demonstrated expertise communicating artificial intelligence capabilities, ROI metrics, and implementation strategies to C-suite executives, Digital Transformation teams, and AI Centers of Excellence - Ability to translate complex AI and automation concepts into business outcomes such as cost reduction, improved controls, faster processing, risk mitigation, and enhanced customer experience - Familiarity with financial services priorities such as regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, KYC/AML, audit readiness, operational resilience, and back-office transformation - Ability to communicate new and complex concepts in an easy-to-understand way that creates strong demand for the solution - Successful year-over-year quota attainment and experience growing an enterprise client portfolio - Proven success consistently selling new business and new logos - High aptitude for cross-functional collaboration and influence internally and externally - Ability to navigate complex client organizations and develop key relationships across multiple departments and leadership levels, including the C-suite - Ability to provide valuable insights into improving customers’ business operations - Research and data-driven approach to account planning, with the ability to proactively identify opportunities from business-led discussions - Bachelor’s degree preferred - Ability to travel approximately 50% - Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States or Canada for this role #LI-KS6 Maybe you don’t tick all the boxes above—but still think you’d be great for the job?
