Client Success Manager (m/f/d)
Support client wellness journeys through personalized platform guidance
As a Client Success Manager at Wellhub, you will support clients in navigating the wellness platform to maximize engagement and satisfaction. Your role involves guiding users through fitness, mindfulness, therapy, nutrition, and sleep resources to drive adoption and retention. You’ll work remotely with a global team to ensure clients achieve their wellbeing goals using the Wellhub subscription model.

- Collaborate with internal teams to address client feedback and improve service

- Familiarity with digital platforms and subscription-based services
