Develop HR apprenticeship programs to support learner progression
As an Apprenticeship Trainer / Skills Coach, you will deliver training and coaching for HR and CIPD apprenticeships, supporting learners through their programs. You will work remotely with up to four annual meetings in London or Manchester, contributing to a national training provider’s apprenticeship offerings. The role focuses on developing skills, tracking progress, and ensuring learners meet qualification standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver HR and CIPD apprenticeship training sessions to learners
- Provide one-to-one skills coaching to support apprentice development
- Monitor and track learner progress against qualification requirements
- Prepare learners for end-point assessments and reviews
- Attend up to four annual in-person meetings in London or Manchester
- Maintain records of learner achievement and engagement
Requirements
- Experience in HR or learning and development
- Knowledge of CIPD qualifications and apprenticeship frameworks
- Ability to coach and mentor adult learners
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience delivering training in a remote or blended environment
- Familiarity with apprenticeship delivery and assessment processes
