Negotiate complex tech contracts across APJ to shape AI and data privacy terms

GitLab seeks a Senior Commercial Counsel in APJ to support complex software and technology transactions across Asia-Pacific and Japan. You will negotiate sophisticated agreements, manage cross-border risk, and partner with regional Sales and cross-functional teams to move deals forward. This remote role includes helping shape contracting templates, playbooks, and processes across APJ, including data privacy and AI-related terms.
