Admissions Advisor
Guide prospective students through study abroad program applications
As an Admissions Advisor for CIEE, you will guide prospective students through the application process for study abroad and intercultural exchange programs. You will provide information about program options, assist with documentation, and support applicants from initial inquiry to enrollment. This remote contract role is based in Columbia, South Carolina, and reports to the Manager of Institutional Relations.

- Guide prospective students through study abroad program applications
- Provide information about CIEE program options and requirements
- Assist applicants with documentation and application submission
- Support students from initial inquiry to enrollment confirmation
- Collaborate with the Institutional Relations team on outreach efforts
- Maintain records of applicant interactions and application status
Requirements
- Experience in student advising, admissions, or international education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with study abroad programs or intercultural exchange
- Proficiency in using CRM or student information systems
- Commitment to CIEE’s mission of global understanding and cultural exchange
