Voodoo’s Corporate function is composed of three teams: HR, Legal and Finance, working together to drive Voodoo’s success. ROLE - Support the HR Ops team globally on a daily basis on their legal questions relating to hiring, onboarding, immigration processes, employment relationships, management of performance, offboarding - Review HR legal documentation across our jurisdictions including employment contracts, amendments, termination paperwork, etc. - Take the lead on discussions or negotiations that may have legal implications - Support international growth: first hires in new countries, EOR vs. entity trade-offs - Support VP HR in management of collective labor relations with employee representatives PROFILE - You have at least 4 years of experience as a Lawyer specializing in labor law, or as an in-house HR Legal Counsel, in a fast-paced, high-growth environment similar to Voodoo - You have solid legal skills and reasoning - You are autonomous, organized and structured - You demonstrate adaptability, reactivity and pragmatism - You have outstanding verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills in French and English - You want to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment BENEFITS - Competitive salary based on experience - Swile Lunch voucher - Gymlib (100% covered by Voodoo) - Premium healthcare coverage with SideCare, 100% covered for you and your family - Wellness activities in our Paris office
