Key Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and product managers.

- Ensure platform reliability, security, and scalability to support global customer growth.
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making for product roadmap and company growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) as an Engineering Manager or similar leadership role in a tech company.
- Strong background in software development, with expertise in AI, machine learning, or related fields.
- Experience managing remote teams and working in a global, distributed environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective cross-functional teamwork.
- Familiarity with SaaS products and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
