As a Senior Engineering Manager, you'll lead the development and maintenance of robust integrations, ensuring finance teams can operate efficiently with seamless data flow between Traild and their existing tools.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product, design, and finance teams to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure integration solutions using APIs, webhooks, and other relevant technologies.
- Ensure data integrity and security across integrations, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
- Monitor integration performance, identify bottlenecks, and proactively address issues to maintain high availability and performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) leading engineering teams in building and maintaining software integrations.
- Strong understanding of API design, webhooks, and other integration patterns.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern development practices (CI/CD, DevOps).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with finance software ecosystems and B2B payment processing is a plus.
