Automotive (SaaS) Account Manager - Pennsylvania

Manage automotive SaaS client relationships to drive growth and product adoption.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management or client success, preferably in SaaS or automotive industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Ability to travel up to 80% as required by the role.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software tools.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of automotive industry and dealership operations.

Educating clients on effective use of current suite of products and recommending additional products that meet client needs.&nbsp;<strong>&nbsp;Position requires 80% travel.</strong></p> <p><strong>Location Required - Pennsylvania</strong></p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Drive Affinitiv and Dealer initiatives to drive engagement and growth within existing assigned book of business.</li> <li>Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your book of business and escalate any issues to manager.</li> <li>Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships</li> <li>Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key decision makers and build upon existing product use</li> <li>Ensure successful delivery of our software solutions according to client needs and objectives</li> <li>Conduct training and communicate product knowledge effectively</li> <li>Forecast and track key account metrics for both the client and Affinitiv management.</li> <li>Identify and grow opportunities within assigned territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment</li> <li>Assist with high severity requests or issues and provide swift solutions or escalate to appropriate department as needed</li> <li>Track and submit expenses accurately on a timely basis.
