Sales Representative Entry Level (Work From Home)

Eugene, Oregon (United States) We're adding motivated individuals to our remote team who are interested in working with customers and developing practical sales experience. Whether you're new to sales or bringing previous customer-facing experience, you'll receive the training and guidance needed to learn the position. This role centers around conversations. You'll speak with customers, understand what they're looking for, introduce solutions that may fit their needs, and provide support as they consider their options. What Does the Position Look Like? Most of your work will take place through phone calls and virtual appointments. Rather than working from a traditional office, you'll manage customer conversations and follow-ups from your home workspace. Your day may involve: Connecting with customers and conducting virtual appointments Asking questions to understand their needs Explaining available products and their features Helping customers compare appropriate options Providing answers and addressing questions Following up with customers after appointments Maintaining accurate customer information Managing your schedule and daily priorities We'll Help You Learn the Role You won't be expected to know everything on your first day. Training is provided to help you understand the products, systems, and customer process. You'll also have access to continued coaching and mentorship as you develop your communication and sales abilities.
