The work primarily involves scheduled conversations with people who are looking for information about their benefits. You'll help them understand their options, respond to questions, and provide assistance throughout the process. Daily Responsibilities Communicate with clients by phone and video Conduct scheduled appointments Review client questions and needs Explain available programs and options Provide assistance with required paperwork Keep client information current Follow up when additional assistance is needed Attend ongoing training and development sessions Who We're Looking For Previous experience is not necessary.
