About the role We are looking for a highly motivated Telesales join their team in Indonesia. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong understanding of customer service principles. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote company products and services Effectively manage customer inquiries Provide product information and pricing to customers Develop and maintain a good understanding of company products and services Generate, follow up and close sales leads. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with products and services Conduct customer research to evaluate pain points with products or website issues Maintain accurate customer records and sales information Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals Able to provide valuable insight from customer queries and relaying it to relevant internal teams Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all time Requirements: Proven experience in telesales or a similar role Experienced in e-commerce or digital industry, data driven, analytical skills, good negotiation skills, English fluency Excellent communication and customer service skills Knowledge of car/motorcycle insurance policies, coverage, and industry trends. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in basic computer applications.
