About the Role We are looking for students from different disciplines to join our Tradition Group Internship Programme. The successful candidate will be able to build up their knowledge through different areas of the business, learning the technical and soft skills necessary to be successful in the industry. You will have the opportunity to convert to Management Trainee/Graduate Analyst based on your performance in various departments. What will you do? Developing an understanding of one or more departments and operating processes. Be exposed to different teams and managers as part of your internship. Assisting in critical day to day tasks as part of the operations of the team you are attached to. Perform research work in ad hoc areas of finance, operational risk, and compliance. Present your research and experiences to senior management. Who can apply? Students or fresh graduates in any discipline; Able to commit full time for at least 3 months.
