Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Shopify Developer to join our growing team and help enhance our e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Shopify development, theme customization, and app integration to create seamless shopping experiences for our customers. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain custom Shopify themes and templates that align with our brand identity Build custom functionalities and features using Shopify Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Integrate third-party applications and APIs to enhance store functionality Optimize website performance for speed, mobile responsiveness, and SEO Collaborate with design and marketing teams to implement new features and improve user experience Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the Shopify platform Manage product catalogs, inventory systems, and checkout processes Implement tracking and analytics tools to monitor site performance Ensure website security and compliance with e-commerce best practices Stay updated with Shopify platform updates and new features Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Shopify development and customization Proficiency in Shopify Liquid templating language Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design principles Experience with Shopify APIs (REST Admin API, Storefront API, GraphQL) Familiarity with version control systems (Git) Understanding of e-commerce best practices and conversion optimization Experience with Shopify app development and third-party integrations Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques Desired Skills Experience with Shopify Plus for enterprise-level solutions Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue.js) Knowledge of SEO best practices and implementation Experience with payment gateway integrations Understanding of inventory management and fulfillment systems Shopify Partner certification or similar credentials Experience in the coffee/specialty retail industry Technical Requirements Portfolio demonstrating custom Shopify theme development Experience with Shopify CLI and development tools Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility and testing Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization Benefits Flexible schedule with opportunities for growth Work remotely from the comfort of your own home Join a dynamic and passionate international team in the exciting world of coffee Competitive salary commensurate with experience Professional development opportunities and continued learning How to Apply If you're ready to join our team and help build exceptional e-commerce experiences, please submit your resume in English along with your portfolio showcasing your Shopify development work (resumes in other languages will be immediately disqualified).
