Regional Senior Accountant

Responsibility: Manage full sets of multiple dormant accounts and oversee month-end/year-end closing. Manage local & overseas vendors and salary payments. Perform daily bank balance monitoring and monitor cash flow for optimal fund allocation into FD. Work collaboratively with the vendors/requestors to resolve financial accounting related matters. Verify the accuracy and sufficiency of documents from vendors to support smooth financial operations. Manage foreign currency transactions to minimize exchange losses.- Coordinate with banks to facilitate international wire transfers and other banking operations. To perform other ad hoc assignments as required Qualification: Education: Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Experience: 35+ years in general accounting or finance roles Able to handle full set account. Experienced in arranging payment Familiar with country tax regulations, and audit processes. Proficient in accounting Xero software. Strong Excel and analytical skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Language: Proficient in English and Chinese. Traits: Responsible, independent, and deadline-oriented.
