<h2><strong>Job Description</strong></h2> <p>The <strong>Project Manager (PM)</strong> plays a key leadership role in planning, coordinating, and executing client-facing technical projects across Intelligent Technical Solutions (ITS). This position is responsible for managing medium to large-scale projects from kickoff through closeout — ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations and ITS standards.</p> <p>Project Managers serve as the primary point of contact for both internal teams and external stakeholders, driving performance, collaboration, and customer satisfaction across the full project lifecycle. They proactively mitigate risks, coordinate technical teams, and ensure all project efforts contribute to high-impact, reliable, and optimized solutions.</p> <h2><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></h2> <p><strong>Project Ownership &amp; Execution&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery for a variety of IT projects, including infrastructure upgrades, Microsoft 365 migrations, and cloud solutions.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Create and manage project schedules, task assignments, budgets, and communications using internal tools and templates.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Monitor and drive progress on key milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Stakeholder Engagement&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, managing expectations and ensuring proactive communication.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Facilitate internal and external meetings, ensuring alignment across technical teams and business stakeholders.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Coordinate closely with Project Coordinators, Engineers, Client Success, and other departments to ensure smooth execution and handoffs.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Team Leadership &amp; Risk Management&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage technical and support teams assigned to projects, ensuring clear task ownership and accountability.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and roadblocks; escalate issues appropriately.&nbsp;</li> <li>Ensure that internal standards, processes, and quality benchmarks are followed throughout each engagement.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>What Success Looks Like&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with clear communication to all stakeholders.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Clients report high satisfaction with project outcomes and communication.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Risks and scope changes are identified and managed proactively.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Collaboration across departments is smooth and efficient.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Project documentation is complete, organized, and consistent with ITS standards.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Job Qualifications</strong></h2> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience leading technical project deployments in an MSP, IT services, or equivalent fast-paced environment.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with varying scope and complexity.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies (especially Microsoft 365), and deployment lifecycles.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Demonstrated leadership in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing competing priorities.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Proficiency with project management tools such as Moovila, ConnectWise Manage, or equivalent platforms.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong time management and problem-solving skills.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Familiarity with Microsoft 365 environments, SharePoint/OneDrive migrations, Azure, and related technologies.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Experience developing project charters, statements of work (SOWs), or implementation plans.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or Agile/Scrum credentials are a plus.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <h2><strong>KPIs</strong></h2> <ul> <li><strong>Project Closure Rate: </strong>Percentage of projects completed on time and within scope.</li> <li><strong>Client Satisfaction (CSAT): </strong>Feedback on communication, transparency, and delivery quality.</li> <li><strong>Budget Management: </strong>Alignment of resource hours with project budgets.</li> <li><strong>Transition Quality: </strong>Smoothness of project-to-support handoffs.</li> <li><strong>Risk Management: </strong>Documentation and mitigation of project risks.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Job Requirements</strong></h2> <ul> <li>A home office set up that meets the following:</li> <ul> <li>Computer: A working computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM and one of the following:</li> <ul> <li>Windows 11 with an Intel i5 or i7 (8th generation or newer), or</li> <li>AMD Ryzen 5 or 7 (2000 series or newer), or</li> <li>macOS 12 or newer.</li> </ul> <li>Internet: Stable internet connection with at least 25 Mbps download and upload speeds.</li> <li>Audio Equipment: A quality headset with a noise-cancellation feature for meetings.</li> <li>Mobile Device: A smartphone capable of installing the Microsoft Authenticator app.</li> <li>Webcam: An HD webcam for video calls.</li> </ul> <li>A very strong cultural fit the ITS way (Our core values will be discussed during the interview)</li> <li>Excellent command of the English language both spoken and written</li> <li>Able to work full time 40 hours a week:&nbsp;
