Position Overview : We are looking for Product Lead to support and align with PM's strategies and keeping track of development activities and progress. Responsibilities : Own product features from ideation to launch Translate requirements into actionable user stories & design Responsible for product delivery prioritization & timeline Bridge business requirements & technical solutioning Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders Monitor adoption, usage and performance metrics for own product areas Provide regular progress updates, risks and recommendations to the PM Requirements : Bachelors degree (S1) in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or Engineering) 3-5 years of experience in product management, solutions delivery, project management or related roles Hands-on experience managing product features, releases, or roadmaps Strong skills in Agile/Scrum practices and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Aha!)
