Position Overview : We are looking for a PMO to support governance, execution, and operational excellence across our Product organization. This role will work closely with the CEO PMO and CPO to ensure alignment, transparency, and efficiency in delivering the company's product portfolio. Responsibilities : Oversee the product portfolio lifecycle from ideation to delivery, ensuring alignment with CPO strategy Assist Product Managers in reporting progress to the CEOs office. Monitor initiative milestones, identify risks, and escalate issues as needed Recommend improvements to product development processes, tools, and cross-functional collaboration Drive best practices in planning, budgeting, and resource allocation Act as the central contact for reporting product initiatives to executive leadership and the Board Requirements : 3-5 years of experience in PMO, program management, or product operations roles, preferably in technology or product-driven organizations Strong organizational and analytical skills with experience in portfolio governance and performance tracking Familiarity with change management and process improvement methodologies is a great advantage Excellent communication skills, with experience preparing executive-level reports and presentations Disclaimer Meratus is committed to ethical hiring practices.
