The ideal candidate should have a strong background in building scalable solutions, optimizing CRM performance, and integrating Odoo with other business platforms Key Responsibilities Lead and manage full-cycle Odoo CRM implementations, from requirement gathering to deployment. Customize and configure Odoo CRM to align with business processes and requirements. Ensure successful data migration, system integration, and user adoption. Design and implement integrations between Odoo CRM and other business systems (e.g., ERP, marketing automation, customer support). Utilize APIs and third-party integration tools to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly. Analyze existing business processes and recommend CRM best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity. Develop and maintain workflows, automation rules, and data segmentation strategies within Odoo. Provide ongoing system improvements and support to adapt to evolving business needs. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide insights into sales, marketing, and customer service performance. Monitor CRM data quality and integrity, implementing data governance practices as needed. Requirements and Qualification Develop, configure, and maintain Odoo CRM modules, workflows, and automation logic. Build and customize Odoo views, reports, and custom modules using Python, XML, JavaScript, and the OWL framework. Implement and manage custom APIs and integrations between Odoo and external systems such as ERP, websites, and marketing automation tools. Support data migration and synchronization between Odoo and other systems. Create and maintain custom dashboards, reports, and analytics for various business units. Collaborate with MarTech Consultants to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Ensure data integrity and compliance across Odoo environments. Troubleshoot and resolve CRM performance, workflow, and integration issues. Stay up-to-date with the latest Odoo development capabilities, APIs, and best practices.
