Legal Consultant - Digital Asset or ECM / Structured Products (Remote)

<p>Axiom, the premier global provider of on-demand legal talent, is seeking a Legal Consultant with Digital Asset or ECM / Structured Products experience to provide mid to long term support to our leading global client in digital assets/fintech . You will act as a key legal point of contact for innovative equity‑linked products, working remotely, at the cutting edge of capital markets and emerging digital asset–linked solutions.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide legal advice for equities and tokenized securities / structured / innovative products, supporting them through the full lifecycle (design, launch, enhancement, and exit).</li> <li>Draft, review and negotiate&nbsp;offering documents, product terms, brokerage/platform agreements and partner contracts, building program‑level documentation where needed.</li> <li>Work with&nbsp;product, business, marketing, and operations&nbsp;stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions to structure new initiatives and manage legal risk.</li> <li>Liaise with regulators on legal matters relating to equities and tokenized securities products&nbsp;</li> <li>Manage&nbsp;external counsel, contribute to internal guidance and training, and help develop scalable legal processes and templates.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Key Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>5-12 (+) years PQE with experience in 1) Structured products / ECM / derivatives or broader capital markets, from in-house or private practice; And/Or 2) Cryptocurrency/ digital assets or tokenization product experience</li> <li>Comfortable working with high degree of autonomy while partnering closely with cross‑functional teams</li> <li>Offers full remote work arrangement</li> </ul> <p><strong>Why Join Axiom</strong></p> <p><strong>Compensation, Benefits &amp; Working Location: </strong>&nbsp;</p> <p>This role offers a highly competitive compensation and benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace, that includes health benefits, CPF/MPF contributions and more.
