G15 - UX/UI Designer

Responsibilities Collaborate with product managers, engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders to design intuitive and user-centric digital experiences. Translate user needs, business goals, and research insights into clear task flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to validate design decisions and improve user experience. Design and deliver responsive, accessible, and scalable interfaces that enhance usability and operational efficiency. Facilitate design workshops and co-create solutions with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Rapidly prototype and iterate design solutions to validate concepts and support agile delivery cycles. Ensure consistency and reusability across products through design systems and best practices. Present design solutions and justify decisions using data, research findings, and usability insights. Continuously gather feedback and refine designs to improve user satisfaction and adoption. Requirements 3–5 years of professional experience in UX/UI or product design with end-to-end delivery experience. Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, interaction design, and visual design capabilities. Proven experience in user research, usability testing, prototyping, and translating insights into actionable design improvements. Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive, accessible, and easy-to-use interfaces. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating within cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD). Preferred Experience facilitating design workshops and co-creation sessions. Familiarity with design systems and scalable design practices. Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to support design feasibility. Experience working in data-driven product environments.
