About the job As a Junior Full Stack Developer, you will support the development of modern web applications across both front-end and back-end technologies. Working alongside experienced developers and cross-functional teams, you will gain hands-on experience in building scalable, secure, and user-friendly applications while developing your technical and professional skills. Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and maintain web applications using front-end and back-end technologies. Assist in the development of backend services using Node.js and/or .NET. Support the implementation of responsive and user-friendly interfaces using modern front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. Integrate front-end applications with backend services through APIs. Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and optimized code following established coding standards and best practices. Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and technical issues. Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback to improve code quality. Collaborate with developers, designers, business analysts, QA engineers, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery. Create and maintain technical documentation for applications, processes, and development activities. Stay up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in software development. Actively participate in training, mentoring, certification, and professional development activities, and apply acquired knowledge and skills to project assignments and daily responsibilities. Support application deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement activities. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the manager. Requirements and Qualifications Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply. Individuals seeking to transition into a software development career are welcome to apply. Up to 2 years of professional experience in .NET development or related software development roles will be advantageous. Knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and/or .NET technologies. Familiarity with at least one modern front-end framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. Familiarity with REST APIs and web application development concepts. Knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git is advantageous. Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is advantageous. Strong willingness to learn, undergo training, and continuously develop new technical and professional competencies. Commitment to actively participate in training programmes, mentoring sessions, workshops, certification courses, and other learning and development activities assigned by the organisation. Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies, tools, and development practices. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills. Good verbal and written communication skills. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. Eligibility Requirement This is an on-site role based in Singapore and is part of the IMDA Company-Led Training (CLT) Programme.
