Key Responsibilities Design, build, and ship core product features from the ground up Make key architectural and technical decisions with long-term impact Work closely with founders/leadership to translate vision into technical execution Take ownership across the stack — front-end, back-end, infrastructure, and beyond Establish engineering practices, tooling, and standards early on Adapt quickly as priorities and requirements shif Requirements Requirements 5+ years of software engineering experience, including early-stage or startup experience Strong full-stack development skills and system design fundamentals Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities Excellent communication and ownership mindset Track record of shipping and scaling products independently Nice-to-Haves Experience as an early engineer or co-founder at a startup Familiarity with AI/LLM-powered product development Experience hiring and mentoring engineers as a team grows Highlights Lead product development, shape architecture, and build scalable systems from the ground up.
