This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure that information is accurate, accessible, and effectively supports internal and external users.</p> <h2><strong>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Become a Storyblok and headless CMS authority, helping developers, partner agencies, and customers to understand Storyblok and its capabilities, implement a headless architecture on their projects easily, and get the best out of Storyblok’s features.</li> <li>Help developers understand and get value out of Storyblok by creating and maintaining developer tutorials, developer guides, FAQ entries, and API documentation.</li> <li>Write sample applications, prototypes, and code samples to showcase the power and flexibility of Storyblok and the headless approach to content management.</li> <li>Helping teammates overcome obstacles, resolving blockers, and completing work tasks.</li> <li>Seeking guidance to increase your own experience. Sometimes mentoring teammates in an open, respectful, flexible, and empathetic manner.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE</strong></h2> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in web development.</li> <li>Proven experience in technical writing and documentation.</li> <li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience.</li> <li>Experience with CMS in general; experience with Headless CMS is a plus.</li> <li>Thorough knowledge of consuming RESTful APIs. GraphQL APIs is a plus.</li> <li>Working knowledge of at least one of the modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Vue, React, Next, Nuxt, Astro, or Svelte) along with its fundamental principles.</li> <li>Working knowledge of Git.</li> <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Good problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.</li> <li>High attention to detail.</li> <li>Continuous learning mindset to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in documentation.</li> <li>Ability to learn and document technical topics efficiently and comprehensively.</li> <li>Ability to assume the users’ perspective to convey technical information clearly.</li> <li>Ability to work independently with little direct supervision.</li> <li>Demonstrates AI literacy, with the ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, decision-making, and quality of work while applying sound judgment and critical thinking.</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>MENTAL, PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS</strong></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Remote (home) work opportunity or funded by Storyblok co-working space</span></p> <p><strong>GENERAL TERMS</strong></p> <p><em>Storyblok has a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
