Benefits Specialist - No Experience - Work From Home

San Antonio, Texas (United States) We're looking for motivated individuals to help clients better understand the benefit options available to them and provide support throughout the enrollment process. As a Benefits Specialist, you'll connect with clients through scheduled virtual appointments, learn about their individual needs, review available benefit programs, and provide clear information so they can make informed decisions. Full training is provided to help you learn the benefit programs, systems, and processes used in the position. Previous insurance experience is not required. Key Responsibilities Conduct scheduled virtual appointments with clients Review individual benefit needs and priorities Explain available benefit programs and coverage options Answer questions and provide clear, accurate information Guide clients through enrollment and application steps Assist with electronic forms and documentation Follow up with clients when additional assistance is needed Maintain accurate and organized client records Participate in ongoing training and professional development What We're Looking For We welcome applicants from a variety of professional backgrounds.
