An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.</p><p>Are you the one we are looking for?</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul class="tiptap-list-disc"><li><p>Follow up with customers to drive repeat orders, and manage product reviews and post-purchase communication.</p></li><li><p>Plan and run email campaigns that support retention, promotions, and new product launches.</p></li><li><p>Create new product listings, and update titles, descriptions, prices, and variants such as size, color, and yardage.</p></li><li><p>Upload and update product images, and keep every listing clean, consistent, and on-brand.</p></li><li><p>Monitor inventory daily, and fix out-of-stock, incorrect, or broken listings.</p></li><li><p>Handle daily store tasks, including organizing collections, setting up discount codes, and updating homepage and promo banners.</p></li><li><p>Keep the catalog organized so customers can find products easily across a large SKU and variant count.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul class="tiptap-list-disc"><li><p>3-5 years of experience with the Shopify admin, including products, variants, collections, discounts, and inventory.</p></li><li><p>Background in e-commerce operations or customer service.</p></li><li><p>Strong attention to detail and comfort managing a large product catalog.</p></li><li><p>Organized and reliable with recurring daily tasks.</p></li></ul><p><strong>It's a plus:</strong></p><ul class="tiptap-list-disc"><li><p>Experience with Klaviyo or another email marketing platform.</p></li><li><p>Experience with Shopify review, loyalty, or rewards apps.</p></li><li><p>Experience with fabric, craft, apparel, or home goods stores.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p><ul class="tiptap-list-disc"><li><p>The salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $2,000 - $3,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.</p></li><li><p>This position is for a full time contract, through a payroll platform.</p></li><li><p>The talent will work remotely allocated at our client.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Here are the steps for this process:</strong><br><br>Application review/approval <strong>&gt;</strong> Screening interview with GoFasti's team <strong>&gt;</strong> We build and send your profile to our client <strong>&gt;</strong> Profile review/approval by client <strong>&gt;</strong> Interview with the client <strong>&gt;</strong> Hiring and onboarding.</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p>Once you apply for the job, our team will review your resume.
