Key Responsibilities
- Call motivated sellers for 5 hours per day to build rapport and qualify leads

- Follow up with leads consistently to maximize conversions
- Maintain accurate records of all conversations and work with Transactional Coordinator
Requirements
- Fluent English with clear and confident speaking ability
- Strong communication skills and high emotional intelligence (EQ)
- Confident and persuasive personality with ability to read people
- Self-motivated and disciplined with reliable internet and quiet workspace
- Willing to learn and follow the proven sales system
- Available to work 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday
