ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for a TechSupport Engineer based out of our London office. This is a hybrid role - 4 days per week on-site and one day working from home. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Device lifecycle management: assist with laptop procurement, setup, returns, and secure wiping - Office IT support: provide on-hand support to our colleagues in our London office - AV support: ensure meeting rooms and AV equipment are running reliably - End-user support: handle inbound support requests and be a friendly first point of contact for the team - Onboarding: run IT onboarding calls for new joiners - New IT projects: contribute to Tech Ops initiatives - Automation and tooling: build automations and Slack bots to streamline repetitive work - Documentation: write and maintain clear internal IT documentation and guides WHAT YOU BRING - A friendly, end-user focused attitude.
