The Strategic Sourcing Manager – Semiconductor & Electronics shapes the company’s global supply base through strategic sourcing, supplier leadership, and cost management. This role develops category strategies, secures contracts, and unlocks supplier-enabled innovation to deliver measurable savings and mitigate risk. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain global commodity strategies and sourcing roadmaps. Lead supplier selection, RFI/RFP/RFQ, and negotiations for LTAs. Drive supplier segmentation, QBRs, and corrective action plans. Deliver cost savings, cost avoidance, and productivity targets. Identify and mitigate risks across capacity, supply continuity, and compliance. Collaborate with Engineering, Ops, and R&D for innovation and design-to-cost. Skills & Competencies Strategic sourcing and category management. Advanced negotiation and contracting skills. Market intelligence, cost modeling, analytics. Supplier relationship management at executive level. Cross-functional leadership and influence. Strong financial acumen. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years in sourcing, procurement, or supplier management. Experience with supplier negotiations and global strategies. Preferred Qualifications MBA or advanced degree. CPSM/CIPS or equivalent certification. Global, multi-site procurement experience.
