Build AI tools to help scale PMM projects

Build AI-powered tools to streamline product marketing projects, create launch messaging, and develop competitive intelligence materials for a workforce analytics platform. Work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful feature adoption and understanding by target buyers.

  • Develop AI tools to maintain and scale product marketing projects
  • Create launch messaging and cross-functional enablement for new features
  • Develop positioning and messaging for web pages and persona narratives
  • Conduct competitive intelligence to create battlecards and objection guides
  • Provide sales and customer success enablement materials based on real deal data
  • Define and track metrics to measure the success of product and GTM initiatives

Requirements

  • 5+ years B2B SaaS Product Marketing Management experience
  • Strong positioning and messaging execution
  • Competitive intelligence capability
  • Experience with workforce, HCM, or adjacent categories
  • Metric tracking to show GTM motion is working
  • Prior consulting experience preferred

Product Marketing Consultant ~10 hrs/week | Hourly rate | Remote, async-first The Engagement Time Doctor is a workforce analytics platform helping leaders understand how work actually happens across remote, hybrid, and in-office teams. We're looking for an experienced Product Marketing consultant for a flexible, project-based engagement. This is a combined strategic and execution role where you'll work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to translate product capabilities into clear market positioning and ensure new features are successfully launched, adopted, and understood by our target buyers. You should have strong product marketing fundamentals, a proven track record in B2B SaaS, and the ability to hit the ground running with minimal ramp time. What you'll work on GTM execution - launch messaging and cross-functional enablement for new features Positioning and messaging - web pages, persona narratives, use case content Competitive intelligence - battlecards, objection guides, category monitoring Sales and CS enablement - materials the team will actually use, refined from real deal data Tracking and measurement - defining and tracking the signals that show the product and GTM motion is working AI-powered PMM tooling - Build AI tools to help us maintain and scale PMM projects. You should already be using AI in your workflow and be comfortable building with it What we're looking for 5+ years B2B SaaS Product Marketing Management experience with full GTM ownership and execution, not just contribution Strong positioning and messaging execution. Your work lands close to right the first time Competitive intelligence capability. You can gather, synthesize, and frame insight into usable artifacts Exposure to workforce, HCM, or adjacent categories is a plus Metric tracking to show the GTM motion is working Prior consulting experience preferred. you can scope your own work and deliver with minimal oversight Engagement Details This is a flexible, project-based engagement suited to an experienced consultant. Work is async-first and remote. Hours and scope are negotiable depending on pipeline and priorities, with the expectation of consistent availability and delivery against agreed milestones.
