Partnerships Manager - Startup and VC Ecosystem, DACH
Build strategic partnerships with VCs and startups in the DACH region to expand Airwallex's global reach.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the startup and VC ecosystem across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH). Drive business growth by identifying and securing partnerships that align with Airwallex's mission to empower global businesses with integrated financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with potential partners in the DACH startup and VC ecosystem.
- Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive mutual growth and success.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of Airwallex's services to partners.
- Monitor and analyze partnership performance, identifying opportunities for expansion and optimization.
Requirements
- Proven experience (3+ years) in business development, partnerships, or a similar role within the fintech or financial services industry.
- Strong network within the DACH startup and VC community.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
- Understanding of financial technologies and global payment solutions.
