Team The Imagination & Strategic Growth (I&SG) team is an executive function within Mozilla Foundation that treats imagination as a core institutional capability for technology development. Working at the intersection of culture, strategy, and long-term growth, the team shapes how creative intelligence becomes new technology, partnerships, and sustained investment. I&SG stewards the Foundation's creative R&D program, Creative Futures, and the Fellowships program as flagship expressions of this work, while leading Mozilla Foundation’s strategic global engagements and co-designing new funds and collaborations.
