Los Angeles, California (United States) Senior Claims Adjuster I, California 100% Remote Work from Home Join EMPLOYERS as a Senior Claims Adjuster I and manage complex California workers' compensation claims while making a meaningful impact for injured workers and policyholders. Required: California Workers' Compensation claims adjusting experience and availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST. What You'll Do Manage moderate to high-exposure California workers' compensation claims from investigation through resolution Determine compensability, establish reserves, and administer medical and indemnity benefits Handle litigation, coordinate with defense counsel, and develop settlement strategies Proactively manage claim costs, medical treatment, and claim outcomes Deliver exceptional service to policyholders, injured workers, and business partners Mentor team members and serve as a claims resource when needed What We're Looking For 7+ years of workers' compensation claims experience, including complex claims Strong knowledge of California workers' compensation laws and regulations Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment Preferred WCCP, AIC, ARM, CPCU, or similar designation Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: $80,000 - $105,000 Learn more about our benefits: EMPLOYERS Benefits Learn more about our company: About EMPLOYERS Why EMPLOYERS?
