Project Overview We are a WordPress agency based in San Francisco seeking a skilled professional to assist in developing WordPress websites. The primary task involves converting finalized design files from Figma into fully functional WordPress builds using the Total Theme and WPBakery Page Builder. This is an ongoing opportunity with immediate projects ready to begin. Responsibilities Transforming site designs from Figma into WordPress websites utilizing WPBakery Page Builder. Ensuring style and layout integrity as specified in design files. Implementing accessibility best practices (WCAG 2.1 AA compliance) including semantic HTML, keyboard navigation, and proper ARIA usage. Applying on-page SEO fundamentals such as proper heading structure, metadata, image alt text, and clean URL structures. Optimizing site performance and code efficiency. Collaborating with our design team via Slack to align visuals with project goals. Candidates should be available during Pacific Time business hours for timely communication. Qualifications Proven experience with WordPress development and WPBakery Page Builder. Strong skills in CSS and other front-end technologies. Familiarity with the Total Theme is a plus. Working knowledge of web accessibility standards and SEO best practices. Strong attention to detail and quality assurance skills.
