Your role: Prepare, review and execute proposals/contracts, when project budgets; identify and prepare requests for additional servicesResearch, understand and manage client expectations to ensure project scope and criteria are met and client is participate in marketing efforts to develop new clients and sustain targeted clients in key market sectors.Schedule project team; assign work tasks and track assigned project workflow for disciplines involved in your projects.Manage coordination meetings.Provide weekly input on personnel scheduling for project assignments.Keep Discipline Lead informed of project progress, challenges and successes.Develop & maintain architectural standards.Prepare, oversee production, review and certify specifications, drawings and reports.Perform QA/QC of project: ensure scope and project criteria are met, inter-discipline coordination and technical review.Perform construction site observation and provide written reports. Supervise, mentor and train Architects and technical staff.Strong understanding and working knowledge of codes & standards (IBC, IFC, NFPA and OSHA) Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit BIM 360, Bluebeam and Microsoft Office SoftwareEstimated average travel 5%. Your resume must include: Bachelors of Architecture from an accredited School of Architecture. Licensed Architect, NCARB certified with 10 or more years' experience. 8 years Project Management experience.5 years experience interacting directly with clients. 5 years supervisory experience. Starting Hourly Range: $100,000 - $130,000.
