As an Implementation Success Manager, you will own the end-to-end implementation motion — from the first scoping conversation through to partner-led delivery and value realisation. You sit at the heart of the customer journey, translating business requirements into clear Statements of Work, ensuring the right implementation partners are engaged, and acting as the central point of accountability throughout.&nbsp; This is a commercially minded, relationship-driven role for someone who knows how to structure complex engagements, work effectively with partners, and make sure customers get to value faster.</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p> <p>Scoping &amp; Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Lead discovery and scoping conversations with customers to understand business objectives, technical requirements, and success criteria</li> <li>Translate complex requirements into clear, structured Statements of Work (SOWs) that set the right expectations and protect both the customer and Storyblok</li> <li>Define engagement scope, timelines, resourcing, and commercial terms in partnership with Sales and Customer Success</li> <li>Ensure every engagement is set up for success before a single line of code is written<br><br></li> </ul> <p>Partner Management &amp; Delivery Oversight</p> <ul> <li>Own the relationship with Storyblok's implementation and agency partners throughout the delivery lifecycle</li> <li>Work closely with partners to ensure they have the context, resources, and direction needed to deliver to scope and standard</li> <li>Act as the escalation point for delivery issues, managing risk and resolving blockers without losing momentum</li> <li>Hold partners accountable to quality, timelines, and customer outcomes — without micromanaging the detail<br><br></li> </ul> <p>Client Relationships &amp; Stakeholder Management</p> <ul> <li>Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders up to C-suite level</li> <li>Act as the primary Professional Services point of accountability for the client — the person they call when it matters</li> <li>Communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences, translating complexity into clarity</li> <li>Represent Storyblok as a trusted advisor in both client and partner settings<br><br></li> </ul> <p>Commercial &amp; Growth</p> <ul> <li>Partner with Account Management and Customer Success to identify expansion opportunities emerging from active engagements</li> <li>Support pre-sales activity including scoping workshops, commercial proposals, and client presentations</li> <li>Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of Storyblok's PS methodology, SOW templates, and partner engagement frameworks<br><br></li> </ul> <p>Cross-functional Collaboration</p> <ul> <li>Work closely with Product and Solutions teams to share implementation insights and inform platform development</li> <li>Collaborate with CS to ensure a smooth handover from implementation to ongoing adoption and account health</li> <li>Feed partner and customer feedback into Storyblok's go-to-market and product roadmap conversations</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <ul> <li>Proven experience in a Professional Services, Solutions, or Implementation role within a SaaS or CMS environment</li> <li>Strong background in scoping complex technical engagements and writing or owning Statements of Work</li> <li>Experience managing implementation partners, agencies, or SIs — with a clear understanding of how to get the best from partner relationships</li> <li>Commercially aware, with the ability to balance customer outcomes and business interests</li> <li>Excellent stakeholder management skills — confident, credible, and trusted at senior levels</li> <li>Able to operate without a detailed delivery playbook — comfortable with ambiguity and skilled at bringing structure where there isn't any</li> <li>Familiarity with headless CMS, composable architecture, or digital experience platforms is a strong advantage</li> <li>Strong command of the English language.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><em>U.S. Base Salary Range: $98,100 - $142,000</em></strong><br><br><em>At Storyblok, we are committed to equitable compensation and pay transparency. We consider many factors when it comes to compensation, such as the scope of the role, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Our base salary ranges are determined by job and job level and are benchmarked to relevant location and industry data. The range displayed represents the target US base compensation range within which we are hiring for this role.
