About the Role We are seeking an experienced Repo broker to join our dynamic team in Hong Kong. You will play a crucial role in the intermediation of repo transactions exclusively between banks and institutional authorized counterparties on a wholesale interbank basis. What you'll be doing Executing and negotiating repurchase agreements on behalf of clients Monitoring market conditions and providing real-time updates to clients Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities Providing expert guidance and advice to clients on trading strategies and market trends Collaborating with the wider team to ensure seamless trade execution and client support Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance requirements Job Requirement At least 3 years of experience as a broker or trader in the banking and financial services industry Proven track record of successful trade execution and client relationship management In-depth knowledge of products, trading regulations and market trends Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust with clients Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
