Cloud Network Engineer

Department: IT Department Location: Onsite Cebu, Philippines Contract Duration: 1 Year Nationality: Open to all nationalities (Chinese Speakers) Language Requirements: English, Chinese NOTE: company may require 24/7 shift coverage in the future. Job Overview: We are seeking three skilled IT Engineers to join our on-site IT team in Cebu Philippines. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in managing cloud infrastructure, DevOps practices, and system support. The role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Amazon Web Services (AWS).Monitor cloud service performance to ensure system stability, security, and scalability. Assist in configuring and managing DNS records, resolving domain name resolution issues.Support the DevOps team in CI/CD processes. Configure and maintain Content Delivery Network (CDN) solutions to optimize application performance and availability. Provide on-call support for production or online issues as needed. Required Experience & Skills: Familiarity with GCP or AWS platforms (through work, internships, or projects).Experience managing and configuring cloud hosts (e.g., AWS EC2, GCP VM).Knowledge of CDN technologies (e.g., GCP Cloud CDN, AWS CloudFront).Basic understanding of networking, especially DNS configuration. Practical knowledge of database design and administration. Familiarity with version control systems like Git. Knowledge of Docker or Kubernetes is a plus. Educational Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Personal Attributes: Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
