Reporting to the General Counsel, this individual will support the company’s transition to public-company standards while providing legal guidance on corporate transactions, securities compliance, and day-to-day business operations.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">The ideal candidate combines strong corporate and securities law expertise with the ability to operate pragmatically in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.</span></p> <h2><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>About the Work</strong></span></h2> <h3><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Corporate Governance</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Support Board of Directors and committee governance, including preparation of Board materials and resolutions</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Maintain corporate records and oversee entity management across domestic and international subsidiaries</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Assist with implementation of public company governance practices and policies</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Advise leadership on corporate governance matters and fiduciary responsibilities</span></li> </ul> <h3><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Securities &amp;
