Key Responsibilities
- Configure Workday payroll modules to meet client-specific compensation and tax requirements
- Maintain and troubleshoot Workday payroll configurations for government and commercial clients
- Collaborate with consulting team members to deliver scalable ERP and Workday solutions
- Ensure payroll systems align with client missions in state/local government, federal, K–12, and commercial sectors
- Support the modernization of client payroll processes through efficient and scalable Workday implementations
Requirements
- Experience configuring Workday payroll systems
- Knowledge of payroll processing, tax regulations, and compensation structures
- Familiarity with Workday HCM and payroll modules
- Ability to collaborate in a team-based consulting environment
- Understanding of government, education, or commercial sector payroll needs
