Key Responsibilities
- Directly manage clinical trial projects, including study start-up, execution, and closeout.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
- Maintain regulatory compliance and ensure documentation adheres to quality standards.
- Oversee site selection, investigator initiation, and data management processes.
- Provide regular progress updates to clients and internal teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) managing clinical trial projects with full accountability.
- Strong understanding of ICH/GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Experience with clinical trial software and tools.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
