Mobilisation Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the mobilisation and demobilisation of equipment to and from client sites.
• Liaise with internal teams (operations, logistics, technical) to ensure equipment availability and readiness.
• Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on equipment status.
• Manage documentation and paperwork related to equipment movement and deployment.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure equipment is delivered within agreed-upon schedules.
• Assist in troubleshooting and problem-solving during equipment mobilisation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or equipment mobilisation, preferably in mining, energy, or construction industries.
• Strong communication and coordination skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external clients.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks.
• Familiarity with equipment types and technical specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools for documentation and reporting.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations related to equipment handling.
