We need someone who can build the systems that find, enrich, and convert the right developers and businesses before our competitors even know they exist. Our data stack is powerful but underleveraged. You'll unlock it. WHAT YOU’LL DO: 30 Day: Audit our GTM stack (Clay, Hubspot, Salesforce, Hockeystack, & Tofu): map data flows, identify enrichment gaps, and ship your first quick wins on lead quality. 60 Day: Own enrichment workflows end to end; build multi-provider waterfalls; get signal-based outreach running at scale. Implement a consistent UTM naming convention across all channels, clean up historical tracking gaps, and stand up a multi-touch attribution view the team can trust. 90 Day: Stand up intent-driven Tofu campaigns; write scripts to extend what off-the-shelf tools can't do; become the connective tissue between Marketing, Sales, and Data.
