Full Stack Software Engineer

About the Role We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to join our core product team in Poland (remotely) to help build and scale Rho’s all-in-one commercial banking platform. This is a hands-on engineering role in a team that owns some of Rho's most critical product areas: Accounts Payable automation and money transfer details. You'll work closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver impactful features across the stack — from database design to user interface. What We’re Looking For - 4+ years of professional experience as a full stack software engineer - Solid understanding of backend systems and experience building APIs and distributed services - Proficiency in Python, Go, or similar backend languages - Strong experience with TypeScript and React for modern frontend development - Knowledge of distributed systems including trade-offs made to either support higher load or lower latency within an application - Experience in a start-up or enterprise within a highly technical market segment, such as AI, security, finance and blockchain, or infrastructure Nice to have - Proficiency building & deploying applications with Docker and Kubernetes - Experience working in a cloud computing platform like GCP or AWS - Knowledge of accounting or financial software We are hiring exclusively on a full remote, B2B contract.
